CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BUSINESS PLCED ORDE ON PHONE..OUR REP WAS NOT AVAIL. BUT THANKS TO RUSS, HE TOOK CARE OF US. AFTER THAT, I WENT TO PICK UP ORDER AND GOT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...
