My husband and I love the doctors and the staff.
How can you run a doctor's office without being able to speak to someone in the office?? So the call center can't get anyone on the phone and can only send a message??! So then it takes 2 plus hours to just get someone on the phone!!
They have switched to call center. Takes over 2 hours for office front desk to call back to schedule an appointment.
