It’s not a quest at all they lose your blood . Horrible company
Reliance performed testing for a urine drug screen on a sample sent to them by New Life Recovery Resources, owned by Ricardo Brittle. The specimen was collected and then the insurance authorization form was forged by Mr. Brittle and sent to Reliance illegally. I believe that Mr. Brittle was receiving a monetary kickback for providing samples to Reliance. New Life has subsequently lost his Florida accreditation for operating a sober living facility and is under investigation for fraud.
