Very very bad experience with them . I cancelled my insurance 4 month ago still they are sending my bill and didn’t refund my money .
The worst company for the license plate It delayed me 4 days and at the end she told me she couldn’t do it . She didn’t even gave me the full money back. She kept 160$ for herself even she didn’t finish the job
I think the worst insurance company in New York City. Poor customer service, especially Elizabeth. She is a liar and doesn’t have any patience to listen customers opinions. If you call them they are very busy but if you go there you will see there is no customer. Please don’t take any insurance from them because Elizabeth is a liar and scammer.
