We had an unfortunate experience with Reliance Home Care. My Relative was discharged from the hospital on a Saturday onto their palliative services and was seen on Friday - 5 days later. As the Nurse practitioner arrived my loved one was actively passing away. Those last few days of her life she should have had home health aids to help with showers and baths, help change her diaper.
