4 unsupervised guys who can’t speak English, violate electrical code, violate fire code, vent illegal Freon into the air, install a condenser in of front a door, leave trash, and just generally do a hack-job. Code is BARE MINIMUM requirements, not shooting for the sky here. They did absolute bare minimum. They were forced to return to meet code a second time and still fell way short of everyone’s expectations. I wouldn’t have them change an air filter.
Less than a week after they told me I has nothing wrong with my AC unit despite it not holding any sort of reasonable temperature. A week later it went out when it was 107°. I called them twice around 5 and 6 pm listed as open until midnite. Never heard back. Had to spend hundreds on a hotel for my family and dogs.
I have been 4 days without a working AC in my house. But today was the day I was waiting for!! Reliance sent 3 service technicians who arrived on time to my house to replace the broken AC. They did magnificent teamwork and did a full replacement of the AC, furnace, and thermostat. My landlord used Reliance Heating & Cooling to replace my upstairs and downstairs AC units. They were replacing the units for nearly twelve hours, and since they left on Friday my downstairs unit has not worked at all. For a while the fan worked but cooling did not. Now neither work. What a phenomenal and wonderful company. So refreshing to have an honest company here in Las Vegas. They were prompt, attentive and so very kind. Super fast. Will be recommending them to everyone I know. I had a company come out that my warranty sent who was the exact opposite and after 5 days of waiting for repair work in 110 degree heat, called Reliance on a recommendation from a friend.
