One big disappointment after another. Before 1 yr evaporator coil and compressor fails. . Going on 3 weeks without AC. Finally, Reliance installed a unit free of charge after 3 days of missing work and several attempts to fix unit. However, now in 3rd week and new unit still not working. Not sure if it’s a mechanical issue or if technicians are not skilled or trained in this work. Nothing but problems every time I have to deal with them. I work in new construction and have used them for installs and maintenance. Their office people never respond promptly, if at all, to emails or calls. They never show up on the days they promise to and there is always some sort of communication issue between the techs and the customer service. WORST. COMPANY. EVER

I used Reliance Heating & Air because they were recommended by my builder in the documentation I received when I bought my townhouse. It has been nothing but one disappointment after another. The first negative incident occurred in April 2013 when I had to have emergency service on a weekend. The fix turned out to be simple, but the technician was incredibly rude and threatening, cursing me for ruining his weekend. This place is terrible!! Had brand new unit in my new construction home...the unit was horrible. Went bad every year. Fox Ridge Homes beware!!!!
