Had issues with both units at a second property and we had to replace the equipment prior to an upcoming heat wave. Reliance knocked it out of the park and got it done quickly. We will continue to use Reliance for our needs in the future.

This company will give you multiple different answers on your ac problems. I was told first my ac is working great. Then a different tech saying it needs new parts. I also asked about condensation issues on same visit and all I got was him stuttering. That the condensation can be normal. Well now I have a wall full of mold because the condensation wasn’t addressed correctly

Buyer Beware!!! Kelton in less than 5 minutes said I needed a $1100 blower motor. I asked why it blew hot air but not cold air. His answer, same reason it worked last summer and doesn't work now. He took the motor and now will not return it and I checked the warranty with Carrier and they quoted the purchase price at $600. I don't believe the motor was defective but Kelton will not return it. I NEVER NEVER NEVER want this guy in my home again. BUYER BEWARE!!! This is not the HVAC service call you want to make.
