Roseanne from the mt joy location is absolutely unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment that she did not fulfill or communicate further about. Offputting social skills and lacks appropriate and fundamental awareness.
As a caseworker who has worked with this company, I will tell you to stay away. The rules mean nothing to them.
Called them and set appointment to set up services . They made the appointment to meet later that day. We were told that they had people that could cover the hours needed. That was on a Wed afternoon. Problem is I have not heard from them since. They are not even returning phone calls. It appears that Reliance is not reliable.
