They could be such a good company if they cared more for their employees and actually knew what was happening at the job sites. The foreman in Idaho [ specifically Demmick Barlow ] from personal experience. Who is blood related to the rest the company - is awful. Being blood related you can do whatever you like I guess. He has a list of people he has fired on the board and brags about it, 10+ in the last 6 months. He has a list of who he likes and doesn't up on a board for everyone to see.
