I really think this air duct cleaning company is great. The people who came to my house were on time and very nice. They did a job and were careful with my things. They got rid of all the dirt and stuff that had built up in my air ducts over the years. This really helped my heating and cooling system work better. The phones seem to be answered by an overseas call center. The operators are very polite, but they clearly read from a script and can only answer superficial questions about billing and scheduling.
