Very poor experience. The staff refused to activate my Jio SIM unless I purchased products like earphones or a neckband worth around ₹1500. SIM activation should not be linked to forced purchases. The staff was also rude and unwilling to listen. This felt misleading and unprofessional. Not recommended.
