Good
Recently we bought an LG water purifier, the product is left unattended at home. No company man came to install it, as it was supposed to be done within two days. We called the customer service, they told our registered no. is forwarded to the LG company that's why the delay is there. On the 4th day we went to the reliance digital store, shouted at the concerned staff regarding the delay of installation, they apologised, did their work n call from the company came for installation today. Unskilled n total negligence
Nice experience
