I purchased a Haier refrigerator from a Reliance store. At the time of purchase, the staff was very polite and helpful. However, as soon as my refrigerator developed an issue, the after-sales service turned out to be extremely disappointing. Despite raising a service request, no service executive has visited yet, and I haven’t received any proper update regarding my complaint.
