Excellent customer service
Extremely disappointed by the service at Reliance Digital Kharagpur. Purchased O General AC couple of months back with warranty. Complaint was raised on 1 Aug, it’s been more than 20 days. Technician visited and said PCB will have to be fixed, it will take few days. After that no response at all, left us in a limbo. They are so irresponsible and reneging on commitment made to the customer. This is pathetic and shameful. Not expected of a company like Reliance Digital.
