Bought a BPL 32-inch QLED TV from Reliance Digital along with additional warranty. When the TV stopped working, the issue was initially diagnosed as a motherboard (PCB) failure. After multiple service visits and follow-ups, I was informed that the TV had physical damage and that the repair would be chargeable.
