I’m currently facing one of the worst customer service from this team. AC was purchased & installed in April 26, in 2 months, there is leakage issue due to improper installation. It’s been more than a month of followup and 3 visits from reliance rescue team. They are unable to fix the issue. Secondly, the customer service desk has absolutely no idea how a customer complaint needs to be addressed. No follow up calls, no proper call responses. Very disappointing experience with digital reliance team.
