Been quite a frequent customer at this store but haven't had such bad service today. I came here to buy the Iphone 17 pro for exchange of my iphone 14 pro. 3 hours in I am still at the store and none of the employees have any response. They took the exchange value of my phone but weren't ready for payment and data transfer, telling stupid reasons like it will take 3 hrs and we cannot guarantee whether the process would get completed. TERRIBLE SERVICE
Didn't have fitbit air
Nice services by sumit
