They deliberately delay installation and ask for money for immediate installation sales person RAFIQ do this act and dont raise request for installation coming with product to get extra money. The worst experience of my life was from this store! Bought a Samsung Washing Machine from them in February this year, dryer stopped working in May, after multiple repairs and visit to service centre, the issue was not resolved and above all, now the whole machine has stopped working. Reliance Digital, instead of working with vendor to get the issue rectified for the customer, completely off loaded the responsibility to Samsung- saying they are not responsible for resolution as long as product is under warranty. Reliance Digital sold me a new Samsung washer-dryer on 14 Feb 2026. Within months, the dryer failed, repeated service visits failed, and the machine became completely non-functional. At this point, this is no longer just a Samsung service issue — it is also a Reliance Digital accountability issue. Reliance Digital has a published return/replacement/refund policy, and a customer should not be trapped between retailer and brand while both avoid a proper resolution.
