Please consider changing the salesperson handling the phone sessions. I don’t know his name, but his attitude and way of speaking were quite discouraging. He didn’t seem interested in helping or explaining things properly and the overall interaction gave me the impression that he wasn’t interested in making a sale. His communication was also very basic, which made the conversation difficult. I honestly felt that his approach could drive customers away rather than encourage them to buy.
