Forcefully attaching goodies with high demand phone and also asking us to get apple care forcefully. Unethical store. Rude behavior
Not giving proper discount that is on reliance website. Giving 7k discount while the discount is 10k. Saying no to give the GST bill. Also not giving iPhone 17 pro when the stock is there. (Checked in from other reliance store dashboard) Basically hoarding devices in sale period as 17 pro silver is in high demand.
Store doing unethical practices. Have iPhone 17 pro in stock in Silver Color but still not selling that on the discounts. Hoarding devices so that they can sell later on more price. Have above 20 devices in store but still saying we dont have silve color. Also there is 10k discount on phone but giving 5k discount and 5k worth off goodies like tempered glass cover with inflated prices
The salespeople are supportive and recommend you things based on your needs.
Good service
