Extremely poor service...The sales team makes plenty of promises just to sell the product, but once the purchase is completed, the customer service is absolutely pathetic. I paid 10,000 rs for a 4-year extended warranty, yet within 8 months the AC started having issues. Despite multiple complaints, the service team kept providing temporary solutions and took a long time to resolve the issue. Visited the reliance digital stores at Mylapore , Chennai last week for a Pop up toaster. Was attended to by Mr. Hossain. We firmed up on the Philips Toaster. He did not have stock but promised to get from another store and would call me the next morning . Till evening no call. Visited the store again the next evening. No one knew about the request or the promise made.
