Do not purchase anything from this store I have purchase toshiba mini Led TV 65" Rs. 80000 on 3 months ago. They deliver faulty TV . Also installation and servicing are very poor. I registered complaint against TV is having issue of Bluetooth connectivity. Technician visited at site and inspected TV and said their is having problem in TV motherboard He registered complaint and give assurance that your problem will be resolved within 4 to 5 days.. The same geyser that is available on Amazon for ₹6,699 was priced at ₹7,599 at Reliance Digital. It is a 10-litre geyser, and they were charging even more than the price of a 15-litre geyser available on Amazon. On top of that, if you choose to buy it from the store, you also have to spend extra on travelling to and from the store. Three days have passed, but no one has come yet to install it. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Reliance Digital to anyone looking to purchase products.

Number of staff are less . Atleast keep more staff or display price with offers over the counter so customer can know the price and don't have to wait
I was here to buy myself a laptop, the staff here are pretty helpful and they were really patient with me inspite of being bombarded by a lot of questions. At the end along with their help I was able to pick a laptop for myself. Special shout out to Roshani for her patience.
