On 8.10.2026 visited reliance shop in Tirupattur.,.bought JBL speaker 3.1.....before billing they didn't disclose about the availability of stock...after Billing only ..they said stock would reach to my native on 09.10.26...but I did nt received the stock on 09.10.26...i had booked for a celebration event on 10.10.26.there is no proper response from the worker.,...after frequent calls i received the product on 11.10.26. .still I am waiting for the installation.-12.10.26.......how to return the product and how to refund?
Very disappointing and frustrating experience with Reliance Digital. We purchased a new AC on June 26, expecting proper installation and reliable after-sales service. Unfortunately, the AC was not installed correctly by the technician during the initial installation, which resulted in gas leakage and further issues with the AC.
