horrible horrible service, WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND all employees can be fired, and replaced by AI bots because that is the level of uselessness they offer. the manager has been unable to tell us when they can deliver a tv evennn after 1 month delay
They will take your order despite not stock, take full payment and then you will end up waiting for a month over the estimated delivery time without anyyy hint of when it will get delivered. Store takes no responsibility. Manager Jitendra Gupta- not reliable or helpful. Maulik from Samsung- worse. The online call centre people know nothing and keep getting confused. so it is a place where you give your money and forget about it for a very very long time
One of the worst experiences for purchases. We bought a laptop from this place which was already decided a day prior and when we came to the place they delayed the whole process by 1 hour and in between that time they also attended other customers. One customer bought the laptop , paid the bill and went away while we were waiting. I think the staff should trained more formal this.
Very good experience of purchase, super service by rajesh ji
Good for visit. Mona Sharma
