Unprofessional staff behaviour.
Very disappointing experience at Reliance Digital. I visited to purchase an iPhone, but Ravindra provided incorrect information about the pricing and discounts. When I proceeded to billing, another salesperson quoted a higher price, contradicting what Ravindra had communicated. It was an embarrassing and frustrating experience. I ultimately cancelled my purchase and bought the iPhone elsewhere. Such misinformation and lack of professionalism are unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience. I visited to check out the Fold 8, but the demo devices were discharged and could not be tested. Ravindra from the staff was particularly unprofessional. He gave incorrect information about the device, and when I corrected him, he became rude and dismissive. Poor product knowledge combined with such behaviour is not what one would expect from store staff.
