VERY DISAPPOINTED - RELIANCE DIGITAL DIMAPUR I bought OPPO CPH2871 (4GB/64GB) on 9th Oct for Rs.18,999 full payment. Online price for same 4/64GB is only Rs.13,999 - I paid Rs.5,000 extra. Box was opened at counter for checking, but within 5 MINUTES I realized I need higher storage and asked for exchange to higher variant by paying difference . But refused, Phone was completely unused, still in store only. If a customer asks within 5 minutes for an upgrade, you should support, not refuse. Very unfair pricing and service.
Scam offers- online says it’s on offer. Store says it’s not.
Customer service is very good
