I just finished a 4 1/2 month project with Reliance, referred by a family member. They were Awesome! I live in an older house in Brookside and I needed a bigger kitchen, electrical, plumbing and flooring updates...ok I added bathroom updates too! I have lived in my house 28 years so I this project was new to me. Jason with his mechanical mind, honest feed back on feasibility to make the change and cost ranges for the changes. We had a full main level renovation in 2020 and we still love it 6 years later! We are talking with them again for addition work on our upper level.
Reliance did a full remodel of our kitchen, and it was a very positive experience. Chelsea was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, prompt in responding to messages and questions, and the tradesmen doing the work were all professional, on time, and did excellent work. Most importantly, the project was on time - Chelsea was very detailed with the timeline and we knew exactly what to expect. I would not hesitate to use them again.
We had Reliance Construction redo our basement 2'years ago and it went off with any problems. Chelsea was responsive to all my requests and the project turned out beautifully. I was amazed because I was expecting at least some issues and there were none. I've got another project in the works and will not hesitate to use them again!
They’ve done several home projects for us. Some larger than others however, the service in the communication and the craftsmanship are five stars. We will continue to use them in the future
