We just finished a complete kitchen renovation as well as painting and refinishing the hardwood floors throughout our main floor. This was our second project with Reliance, having done a master bat remodel 5 years ago. We were extremely pleased to be working with Chelsea on both projects. She is organized and very meticulous in the design and planning phase, and definitely on top of all phases of the construction process. We started on time and completed both projects as scheduled. This is a five star construction company!
I just finished a 4 1/2 month project with Reliance, referred by a family member. They were Awesome! I live in an older house in Brookside and I needed a bigger kitchen, electrical, plumbing and flooring updates...ok I added bathroom updates too! We had a full main level renovation in 2020 and we still love it 6 years later! We are talking with them again for addition work on our upper level.
Reliance did a full remodel of our kitchen, and it was a very positive experience. Chelsea was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, prompt in responding to messages and questions, and the tradesmen doing the work were all professional, on time, and did excellent work. Most importantly, the project was on time - Chelsea was very detailed with the timeline and we knew exactly what to expect. I would not hesitate to use them again.
We had Reliance Construction redo our basement 2'years ago and it went off with any problems. Chelsea was responsive to all my requests and the project turned out beautifully. I was amazed because I was expecting at least some issues and there were none. I've got another project in the works and will not hesitate to use them again!
