I called Gordon Friday night to clean an area rug. He was super friendly on the phone and said he could come over the next day! Saturday morning he and his crew came right on time and started right away. Within minutes they got the smell completely out of my rug (pet urine). They cleaned both sides of the rug and made it look brand new! I am so satisfied with their service and recommend anyone to call them for any carpet cleaning needs.
