Great service comes from this clinic and punctuality for sessions is great. Reliance care and support helped my child immensely. Definitely returning.

I have had extremely disappointing experiences with this medical centre. It is shockingly unprofessional, and their lack of internal communication is appalling. Despite cancelling appointments well in advance, I have repeatedly received invoices for therapies I did not attend. They also constantly call to reschedule my son’s weekly appointments, causing unnecessary stress and disruption. Over the past three weeks, I have experienced significant delays during my scheduled appointments, which has caused considerable inconvenience and affected my ability to fulfill my work commitments.
