I love my Simmons Bank I go to the one 5401 S Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63123 I love the staff. I call them my back family and friends. They're are lovely, people and friendly they talk with you and they are professional but they are personal. When I walk in they say my name hi Kelly nice to see you ask how I been I see the staff does it to all their customers. They know each customer buy their name and ask all the customers how they are. Nice people ,nice bank
Absolutely terrible customer service. I try and give them the benefit of doubt but EVERYTIME I go in there they cannot help me. So much for taking care of small business. It’s a waste of a drive to come to them. If you want help from Simmons bank, go to Fenton Mo location.
