I had some activity on my account that I did not approve and also some I wanted to change, so, I called the Mid Rivers location. Ms. Kristi went OUT OF HER WAY to make sure I was able to get it taken care of. She was so compassionate and understanding. She could tell I was very worried about it and not only did she assure me the issue would be taken care of but she was so kind while taking care of it and kept me in the loop (which is not always the case with banks or companies.) I'm looking for a call back from this location .
It is very close to Christmas and I had some activity on my account that I did not approve so I called the Mid Rivers locations. Patty and Tiffany went out of there way to make sure I was able to get it taken care of. Patty was so sweet, compassionate and understanding, especially with it being Christmas time.
