Fabulous staff
I had some activity on my account that I did not approve and also some I wanted to change, so, I called the Mid Rivers location. Ms. Kristi went OUT OF HER WAY to make sure I was able to get it taken care of. She was so compassionate and understanding. She could tell I was very worried about it and not only did she assure me the issue would be taken care of but she was so kind while taking care of it and kept me in the loop (which is not always the case with banks or companies.)
