They are the worst. They handle the medical equipment prescriptions for Affinity Healthcare. There's a woman employed with them named Catherine/Katherine who is extremely rude and unprofessional. After months of literally fighting with her to get an approval on a pair of compression stockings I ended up having to leave Affinity. Repeated phone calls from myself and physician stating that it was a medical necessity to aid in the healing of a very serious medical condition, she acted as though she had to pay for them herself. ... read more
