I found this company through an internet search. Reviews were excellent so I contacted them regarding repairs for 2 windows. Setting an appointment was easy and the cost of a service call was very reasonable. The tech (Kevin) communicated with me ahead of time regarding his arrival time and he arrived as expected. We very much enjoyed working with this company, from customer service to installation, the entire process. They answered every question we had, both promptly and professionally. We were extremely impressed with this company and absolutely love the finished product. We had frosted glass inserted into a steel slab front door which had no window, but now we have so much light! They did a fantastic job! We highly recommend them!

I worked 7 full days for Reliable Windows & Doors / Fix It Right Garage Doors at $4/hour using my own resources, even sacrificing rest and my health. Despite verified proof of work and 10+ follow-ups since August 18, 2025, I still haven’t been paid. In my years of working with legitimate Canadian contractors, I’ve always been paid fairly and treated with respect unfortunately, this was not the case here. Had a cracked out pane on a fixed window. The technician arrived and was super detailed. Empowered to negotiate. The replacement was estimated to take about a week. Timeline met. Installation was excellent even though it was a late arrival on the day. However, great expectations management as the delay was communicated very early on which freed up my afternoon. Very professional.
