Update 3/28/2025 - Still the #1 tint shop in the DMV. I arrived just after opening (10a) and was tinted and driving away by 10:30a. I have used this location for almost 10yrs and multiple vehicles and have never had to use the lifetime warranty - but, they do have it. Always a professional job. Pricing is fair. There are many competitors to consider, but Reliable is my #1. Note - I just read another review where Reliable wrapped a casket (NY style) - WOW! There customer service is great. The young lady that works there was helpful and knowledgeable of what I wanted. The staff just don't follow instructions. I got my front 2 windows tinted. My main thing was I wanted legal tint. It didn't take them long at all to do it. I was very pleased with it. Remind you I kept saying I want legal tint. Well lord and behold I got pulled over.
