I really WISH those truck drivers would learn HOW TO YIELD TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC when pulling out of their establishment. I've had to slam on my breaks to keep from colliding with them. Makes me wonder if they're in such a big rush how much do they rush doing their jobs and if it's accurate.

Don’t bother calling. They don’t bother to call you back. A woman took a message, then cricket’s. So I called again several weeks later, a man said he would check into it. Still nothing a month later. Meanwhile our sewer bubbles up into our toilets, showers, and laundry room floor!!!

Called 4+ times over a month’s time and got the runaround every time about being busy, not having anything in stock, etc. Finally gave up and called another septic system repair company - they came out the same day and had everything fixed the following. Do yourself a favor and just go with someone else in the community who values their customers.

Called this company 1-week ago i was told the owner would call me back soon. Well, I am still waiting on that phone call. NO CALL BACK, YET! My job was accomplished with the Prompt no waiting service with C&L septic. Good job guys.
