Don’t bother calling. They don’t bother to call you back. A woman took a message, then cricket’s. So I called again several weeks later, a man said he would check into it. Still nothing a month later. Meanwhile our sewer bubbles up into our toilets, showers, and laundry room floor!!!
Called 4+ times over a month’s time and got the runaround every time about being busy, not having anything in stock, etc. Finally gave up and called another septic system repair company - they came out the same day and had everything fixed the following. Do yourself a favor and just go with someone else in the community who values their customers.
Called this company 1-week ago i was told the owner would call me back soon. Well, I am still waiting on that phone call. NO CALL BACK, YET! My job was accomplished with the Prompt no waiting service with C&L septic. Good job guys.
