This guy totally tried to SCAM my kids who were in the middle of a 500 mile drive. First he tried to upsell them parts they didn't need. He also drove to the parts store and returned with the WRONG part TWICE. Then he tried to charge them for 2 hours of work when he actually did maybe 30 minutes.
