If i could give negative star i would. I have been a loyal carrier for them since the beginning of 2022. I have taken a few loads from them but on every load we take, there is an issue of late payment or cancellation of load. The customer service people sound like they are pressurized to work, and the accounting team hangs up on people just like that. There is no professionalism or courtesy to explain the matter to us. We haven't got paid for 12 days now and they neither send the new rate con with detention or lumper added. ... read more
