They not only fixed my transmission problems but they also provided me with wonderful customer service. I would not take my car anywhere else and have referred family and friends to have their work done at this shop. The work on my car was done at a lower price than I could find anywhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. I HAD MY CAR TOWED THERE AND THEN READ THEIR REVIEW ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SITE AND DECIDED ON ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY TO DO THE WORK ON MY CAR. WHEN MY CAR WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP THEY LEFT THE BUILDING AND BLOCKED MY CAR IN SO IT COULD NOT BE PICKED UP. GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS SITE AND READ HOW BAD RELIABLE TRANSMISSION REALLY IS. UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY YELLED AT THE OTHER DRIVER TRYING TO RETRIEVE MY CAR.
scam artist I am not sure how you could have been in business for 30 years scamming all your customers, you are indeed a fake. you have no clue how to fix transmissions. The only reason you are in business is because people dont know you are a fake until after they spend their money. do not go to this place Reliable Transmision is named incorrectly. It should be "Unreliable transmission" The owner is a fraud and doesnt keep his word. We took our truck to Reliable back in Aug 2009 and have had problems every since. I will let everyone I meet know to beware of this place. If you want your transmission fixed right, spend the money. The owner promised that the $1500 would get me a warranty and 100% satisfaction, I wish now I would have listened to my mechanic and took it to a real transmission dealer and pai... read more
