I was very disappointed in the service. To be fair, I had a complicated parcel split. When I first spoke with them in January, they said it would be no problem. After months of providing what I thought were the correct documents, emails and calls went unreturned for weeks and months. Used them for title work numerous times, fast, efficient and low fees. Best title company in the area.
Immediately refused to close a property we were purchasing, stating it was a 3rd party assignment contract, when it was NOT, and it was a standard purchase contract directly between us and the seller. There was no third party ever involved, nor was there an assignment contract. When attempting to explain this to the attorney, even though he should know, he tried to point out a stipulation within our contract which allows us the RIGHT to assign the contract IF we wanted to.
