Shady company, never in my 4 previous house closings have I ever not had the seller in the same room as me and my wife. Then their excuse was we are really busy so we had to put them in a different room. That doesn't make sense if you're really busy and booked up then you definitely need to be putting the seller and buyer in the same room so you have more rooms available. Wouldn't you think?
