A great experience from start to finish. Angelo took the time to walk us through our options and offered smart suggestions that balanced cooling efficiency with our desire to keep the system as discreet as possible. The installation crew was professional, respectful of our home, and did excellent work. I hired this company to install air-conditioning, a new furnace, and an extractor fan for over my stove. The staff who came to do the installation were really pleasant to deal with. The office staff were prompt and responsive. And when I had a small issue that needed tweaking after installation, they happily came back to fix it. I had a very good experience with Reliable Tech.
We just had a great experience with Roadrunner, notably the technician Mouri. He went above and beyond, even arranging for a coworker in Albuquerque to pick up a part before the supplier could get it to Santa Fe, to get our furnace back up and running during a January outage. Top notch customer service. Respectful, personable, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would call Roadrunner again.
