I turned in my 2018 paperwork to Reliable tax in Feb 2019, Its Jan 2020 and they are still has not finished.
This is the first time Reliable Taxes was very behind on everyone taxes!
Its March 2020...my 2018 taxes still not done so we took it back to go elsewhere. Im not one to vent but you do the math. Weve been coming here for a long time but the last few years were very painful. We would have undersood if they were open with us .

We waited for 7hrs in line just to let us know we getting extension
