My waiting experience was not expressed upon arrival, over heard one of ladies talking bad about a long term friend /customer that they did her taxes for and she bad mouthed her while customers where in the office, How unprofessional is she. I was not told about the fees up front nor are they on the final copies I was given. Will not go back or refer this business to anyone I know..
