People were nice, too much signing for liability reasons I assume. Use of box truck for moving in was really nice. Having a step up into storage space made it difficult to use dolly. Very clean Impressive. Extremely easy to move out.
We’ve been here for several years now. We had two storage units before, left and came back to get annother. Our experiences has always been wonderful. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. I would recommend this place.

The lady that booked me told me I wouldn't be automatically charged and that my unit would be cancelled at the end of the month. To my surprise they tried charged my card, I called them immediately and asking them why I was being charged and told them I haven't been using it since the end of last month. I also told them that the lady from Poulsbo said that I wouldn't be automatically charged.
