They did great job putting remote starters in both our vehicles, but terrible at fixing our DVDs player in truck. The young man said it was fixed and they charged me the fee for diagnosis. He said a wire was not connected. We left on trip the next day, we had a picture but no sound. After vacation my husband had time and took it apart himself. Guess what he found? Another wire was still not connected, once he connected it we had picture and sound. I feel like we were ripped off.?won't go back to them.
I came up to reliable they over charged me for 2of my windows to be tinted and they fucked up my alarm system

I had a terrible time with these people, They lied to get me there and it cost me 51 dollars to activate a credit card that I wouldnt have done otherwise , thought I was getting a good deal, except for the fact that the price and attitude changed as soon as I got there.
