This was the first time in our 39 years in this house that I needed to have some help fixing something. The guy was here in less than 1/2 an hour and was very friendly. He explained everything to me and at 67 years old I learned something I didn't know. The problem was a clogged house trap which I now know how to fix myself but if I don't feel like it I'll gladly pay that young man the $95 he charged me.
I was very impressed with the service I received. I called in the evening after normal business hours. I was greeted by a very pleasant voice who offered to have someone come over right away. Josh the technician showed up a short time later very nice and diagnosed the problem very quickly. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
