Very honest hard working people who don't try to rip you off. Which is very hard to find these days. They were on time, very professional, polite and did an excellent job! I highly recommend!
I called for service , they gave me an appt. They called later changing my appt., but, to sweeten the deal they gave me a discount for having to change my date. They beat me to my house and I was exceptionally pleased. I'm going to keep them in mind personally and in recommendations.
Prompt, timely service and I would highly recommend. People that know me, know I'm not one to be bashful about telling a company when they have bad issues, but on the same note, I like to brag when they are great. This is an excellent company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.
After the April 27, 2011 tornadoes in Birmingham, Reliable Septic was available the next day to help clean up debris. They were efficient, polite, and I am grateful that they were able to help with the trees that had fallen around my property. While I hope there is not another tornado that causes destruction, I would highly recommend them for their services!
