Don't get a storage here. Get one anywhere else if possible. The price doesn't match the quality. We've had a storage here for months and all of our stuff is covered in thick layers of dirt. I mean EVERYTHING is covered. They don't have concrete in the back. You'd think with how much they charge they should be able to concrete all of it. Anyways just go somewhere else that's cheaper.
Great Place, the Owners are Very Nice!
We were here at least 2 years and NEVER had any problems. No issues with gates or staff or thieves. It was a good experience.
Upon moving in the storage unit it had an inch of dust on all the walls and flooring. It was from their construction site behind the storage facility that is also owned by Reliable. I asked if they switch us to another unit away from the back but they couldn’t due to no availability. They didn’t allow us to prorate before moving out even though they leased the unit in terrible condition at the beginning. I wouldn’t recommend anyone leasing towards the back.
