Called John came first thing next morning. Job only required some adjustment and a few screws and NO CHARGE. Who does that. What a nice surprise. John is very nice, prompt and polite. I will definitely share his info with my neighbors

He was a no-show. I called and made an appointment, then he rescheduled 2x. Finally when he did say what day he'd show up, when I asked the time, he ghosted me and never came and never called.
