Great company to use. I have a family member that needed an emergency travel from Worcester to Boston for an urgent medical appointment but at the time his ride was not available. I decided to contact Reliable transportation refereded by a friend and it was the best decison that we made. My family member was highly satisfied with the service that until this day he continue using Reliable transportation.
This company is great. Ruben provided immediate transportation for my wheelchair bound husband. He actually came himself since his drivers were busy. He is polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this company enough. Even the cost was very reasonable. I am providing this review under no obligation. I just can’t imagine another company that can exceed Reliable Medical Transportation.
Very good transportation! Very clean car to start with. The driver Reuben was very considerate and compassionate to my need of help getting in and out of the vehicle. He is an excellent driver. That is something I pay close attention to (driving skills) and I give him a 10 out of 10! Also pleasant conversation during the round trip about family and food ….2 of my favorite things. Ruben got my mom to her appointment laughing and having a great morning! He was very warm, friendly and kind to my mother and I and helped us out a lot. Ruben waited at the doctor's office for us to get out of her appointment even though the doctor was running at least an hour behind schedule. Actually, he insisted on waiting for us. Horribly rude on the phone when I called with beginner questions about how their service works: This was one of my very first phone calls about this type of service, and the man on the phone seemed very defensive when I couldn't immediately give him the size of the power wheelchair to be transported. When I tried to explain that I could certainly give him the measurements and that I was new to this process, HE HUNG UP ON ME! Now, looking at the other bad reviews, I'm glad he hung up on me.
